Lonnie Farmer II
Growing up, Lonnie lived and learned the nuances of masonry directly from his family, going back generations. This inherited knowledge is a living tradition of building things right, ensuring a depth of skill that is rare in today’s construction industry.
In 2012, Lonnie founded Oakland Masonry with the goal of blending this deep, traditional expertise with modern design for a variety of unique projects across the entire Richmond and surrounding counties. He personally oversees every project, from small, intricate stonework to large-scale structural builds.
For Lonnie, success is defined by customer satisfaction. He takes extreme pride in delivering exactly what is promised, creating durable, beautiful spaces that clients and builders will trust for years to come. He believes in making every job special.

Based in Chesterfield, VA, we provide expert masonry services for both residential homeowners and professional builders.While we are rooted in Central Virginia, we frequently travel further for specialized commercial projects and unique builds.
